These products are great for adults, teens, and children (with adult guidance). We also offer a kids-specific card set with age-appropriate strategies.

3. Are your products backed by a mental health professional?
Yes! All products are created by a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience in clinical mental health, family support, and trauma-informed care.

4. Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days.

5. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
